Count For Food & Final Timeline Is Due 2 Weeks In Advance You May Increase The Count Up To 48 Hours In Advance But You Can Not Decrease Your Count After The 2 Week Deadline
Final Menu Selection, Count & All Details Are Due At Least 2 Weeks Prior To Event
If You Cancel On Or After The 2 Week Date You Will Be Charged 50% Of The Total Bill
There Is An 8% Service Tax For Off Site Catering On The Total Amount; This Is Not A Gratuity Nor Is It Split Between Banquet Workers. This Is To Cover Costs Of Travel Such As Fuel, Vehicle Maintenance, Insurance, Etc…
Final Payment Is Due 1 Week Before The Event Cash Or Check. Food Will Not Be Served Without Advanced Payment
All Payments Are To Be Made By Cash Or Check If You Have To Use A Credit Card, We Will Have To Apply An Additional Fee Of 2.5%-5% Fee Of The Total Depending On The Type Card
If Your Venue Charges A Caterer Fee That Amount Will Be Added To Your Final Bill
